WINGS…. and ART
For 28th/29th May, alongside other events throughout Banff and Macduff, we are re-creating the west pavilion originally designed by William Adam. It will be laid out to scale showing the intended usage of the rooms. Just imagine how even more fantastic Duff House would have been if these wings had been built – come and get an impression of what it might have looked like.
BUT, not only a to-scale re-creation, but a Public Art project too. Come and make it even more interesting. The “windows” are becoming boards for drawing and painting on, all supplied by Friends, for anyone that wants to come along and indulge their imagination. Suitable for kids and adults, all abilities. Protective aprons and gloves will be available.
All of this will be free entrance !
